Cohome manages each project from start to finish. We procure deals with the greatest potential for our investors, create the LLC in which the property will be held, handle all title and escrow documents and make sure the property operation is staying on track.

We also handle everything on the investor side. We prepare the investment offering info for investors, keep investors updated throughout the project, and manage the asset. We also handle all accounting services including investor distributions.

Currently CoHome offers investment in multi-family housing, such as student housing, vacation home, and fix and flip opportunities across the states.
